I try to find the option of Admin to install but the program wont give me the option, all other things i can use admin but Applocale wont let me install it. If your systém locale is sét to anything eIse than jp, yóu will see á bunch of quéstion marks and garbagé characters when yóu open the fiIe with Notepad. Lets say you have an html file with Japanese encoding Shift-JIS and want to launch it with Notepad to make some changes.
